Pumpkin Rolls!

I will never forget the first time I made this for a Thanksgiving gathering.  We were all lounging together and chatting and fighting off the Tryptophan coma that was taking over.  I looked over into the kitchen from my perch and to my great surprise, my second Oldest niece, Alyssa, expertly executed the stealthiest Ninja infiltration on the very first Pumpkin Roll I ever made!  By the time we all caught her, she had eaten nearly half of it!

To be fair, I did grab a recipe from allrecipes.com, and to say the least it became a Holiday staple since then.  As Alyssa has gotten older, we now get together and construct this confectionery delight for the whole family, thus enhancing the Holiday tradition.  It is a memory I truly cherish, and I look forward to making these with my precious niece for years to come!
